Valle Crucis Barn

On a board prepared with many coats of sanded gesso, this barn takes shape with graphite detail and a little watercolor. This is an 8 x 10 piece but is framed in a wide plein air wooden frame which is appropriately barn-red. This could be any field with any fence near any barn but take a drive through Valle Crucis and you will spot the real thing!
